Ingredients
1 Box Cassava Kitchen Fusilli pasta
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1/2 onion chopped
4 vine ripe tomatoes chopped
1.5 T garlic minced
1.5 T basil
1.5 T oregano
1 c peas
1 t fennel seed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 c heavy cream
Parmesan for garnish
2 T olive oil
1 T tomato paste

Serves 4
Heat oil in skillet over medium. Sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 mins. Stir in sausage and all spices, cooking for 6-7 mins until meat is browned.
Stir in tomato, tomato paste and peas reducing to simmer for 10 mins. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
Toss cooked pasta in sauce over low for 1 min. Plate and garnish with Parmesan.
