Our aim is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have ordered a non-food item from our website, you have the option to return it within 30 days from the order date for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). However, please note sale on food products is final as we DO NOT accept returns for food products. It is important to obtain authorization from Cassava Kitchen for all returns, refunds, or replacements. Returns, refunds, and replacements are not possible after the 30-day period.
