1 box Cassava Kitchen Shell Pasta cooked Al denté
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 T olive oil
3 broccoli crowns chopped
1.5 T garlic minced
1 lb bulk sweet Italian sausage
6 T butter
Parmesan shredded for garnish
1 onion chopped
3/4 c Pasta water, reserved
Heat oil in skillet over medium. Sauté onion and broccoli for 6-7 mins. Stir in sausage, garlic, salt and pepper cooking 6-7 mins until sausage cooked through.
In deep pot, melt butter over medium low heat and add in 3/4 c pasta water.
Stir in pasta and meat plus veggies. Toss in sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Plate pasta and garnish with cheese and basil.
