Leftover Ham with Cream of Mushroom Fusilli

1 Fusilli Pasta box

1/2 cup of yellow onion, chopped

1.5 cup of mushroom, sliced and used baby belle

2 cups of leftover ham, cut into small square shaped sizeĀ 

1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup of pasta water

1/2 cup of Italian Aged Cheese blend

Seasoning: Used paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoningĀ 

Optional: Serrano peppers. You can switch out the cheese to your favorite kind!Ā 


1. Chop onions, slice mushrooms, and ham. Over a large skillet, toss in your onions and cook till soft and golden. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 mins until tender

2. Meanwhile, cook your pasta and save 3/4 cups of the pasta water

3. In the skillet, add the ham (or turkey) and cook for 4-5 mins then add the undrained tomatoes and mix. Then add the mushroom and pasta water and mix. Finally stir in the pasta and add the cheese and mix

OPTIONAL:Ā Chop up a couple of Serrano peppers and add them into the skillet and mix for some heatĀ
