Gluten free crispy pasta with chicken

Prep: 10 Minutes  I Cooking Time : 20 minutes   Oven Time : 20 minutes I Serving 5 slices

INGREDIENTS - Crispy Pasta

  1. Rigatoni Pasta                  100 gram
  2. Olive Oil                             2 tbsp
  3. Cassava Flour                    3 tbsp
  4. Maize Flour                        2 tbsp
  5. Garlic Powder                    ¼ tsp
  6. Celery                                1 tsp
  7. Whole Egg                         2 pcs
  8. Black pepper                      ¼ tsp
  9. Salt                                     ¼ tsp
  10. Chicken Stock                    1 cube
  11. Water                                  2 tbsp
  12. Cooking Oil                         250 ml 

INGREDIENTS - Chicken Salad

  1.  Carrot                               150 gram
  2.  Green Beans                     50 gram
  3.  Chicken/ Meat                  250 gram
  4.  Garlic                                   3 pcs
  5.  Shallot                                  1 pcs
  6.  Black pepper                        ¼ tsp
  7.  Salt                                      ¼ tsp
  8.  Sugar                                  ¼ tsp
  9. Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS - Crispy Pasta

  1.   Boil water, add olive oil. Boil pasta until cooked, drain.
  2.   Prepare a bowl, mix cassava flour, corn starch, egg, garlic powder, celery and all seasoning,  add water mix well.
  3.   Add the pasta, mix well.
  4.   Spread the dough in the baking sheet, and then bake at 180 oc for 20 minutes.
  5.   Take it from oven, cooling in wire rack.
  6. Heat the oil, an deep frying the flat dough until  golden brown. Drain, set aside

INSTRUCSTIONS - Chicken Salad :  

  1. Sauté garlic, shallot until golden, add the chicken.
  2. Add carrot, green beans, and add all seasoning, mix well

SERVE :

  1.   Put the crispy pasta on the plate, and add the chicken salad on the top.
  2.   Sprinkle with parmesan.
  3.   Serve with your favorite sauce.
