INGREDIENTS
- Shells Cassava pasta 100 gram
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 pcs
- Shallot 2 pcs
- Garlic 2 pcs
- Coconut Milk 50 ml
- Cassava Flour 1 tbsp
- Egg yolk 1 pcs
- Red Paprika 1 pcs
- Sweet Corn 1 cup
- Spinach 1 cup
- Kale 1 cup
- Basil 1 cup
- Nutritional yest 1 tsp
- Lemon Zest 1 tsp
- Coconut Flake 3 tbs
- Cheese (of your choice) 50 gram
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil water, add olive oil. Boil pasta until cooked, drain.
- Mix cassava flour and coconut milk, egg yolk , set aside.
- Sauté the shallot, onion, garlic, until golden brown, pour the liquid mix and cook until thick.
- Pour in the large bowl, add the pasta, corn, paprika, and other vegetables, coconut flake (optional), add the all seasoning, mix well.
SERVE :
- Place on plate, add the cheese on top then burn until the underside brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with coconut flake(optional)
