1 box of Fusilli Pasta
1 lb salmonÂ
3 tbsp of butter (used unsalted)
1 medium sized onion, chopped
8 oz of heavy cream
3/4 cup of parmesan, grated
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Garlic salt and ground pepper
Directions:
1. Chop the onion and saute it in the butter for 4-5 mins until golden. Meanwhile, cook your pasta 6-8 minsÂ
2. Add the salmon (cut into pieces) and cook for 5-7 mins breaking it into smaller pieces. Then, add the heavy cream, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir together
3. On low heat, add the pasta, parmesan, and parsley and mix together. Add more cheese if desired and serve!Â
