Sustainable The cultivation of cassava is very sustainable. It's one of the most drought-tolerant crops, capable of growing on marginal soils with a minimal reliance on water.   We chose cassava as our main ingredient because of its sustainable identity. Main Ingredient Cassava is a staple food in many rural communities and is widely cultivated in regions such as Africa, Asia and Latin America.   Through the production of our cassava derived products, we help support farmers in these developing countries harvest cassava and give it new life in our kitchens.
Manufacturer We carefully selected our manufacturer because they produce our cassava flour through a bio-technological process with a low environmental impact.   Once the cassava is grown, it is sliced and dried, again requiring little water and processing to produce the final product. Nutritious Excluding the peel, we use the entire cassava root when making our products. This helps us to both reduce food waste and reap the nutritional benefits of cassava!   We aim to create products that are  nutritious and complementary to a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle!
